Can you shop at MARSALA without logging in?

What are discount coupons?

In many promotional campaigns we offer discount coupons to our customers. These take the form of codes that need to be entered into the shopping cart, in the appropriately marked field. This will recalculate the amount to be paid taking into account the discount.

Please note that the discounts are not included in the price.

Can I receive a VAT invoice for my purchases at MARSALA?

Yes. Please tick the box 'DO YOU NEED AN INVOICE?' and complete the details. This information should be completed at the final stage in the ORDER box.

At what stage of the ordering process do I actually declare the need to pay for and collect the package?

What are the payment options for your order?

At MARSALA you can order a parcel by cash on delivery or pay for your order via imoje.pl (BLIK, online transfers, cards, PayPo?Twisto ), PayPal or a regular bank transfer.

Does MARSALA offer the option to delay payment for your order?

You will know the total cost of delivery of your order when you add products to your basket and select the delivery method and payment method you are interested in - in the summary you will see the exact value to be paid. No, all parcels are sent by courier.

Can I combine two orders?

Please make your purchases thoughtfully. We do not have the ability to combine orders. They will be sent as two separate shipments.

Information about the acceptance and fulfilment of the order is provided to customers by email.

Which courier companies does MARSALA use?

Our parcels are delivered via DPD, Orlen Paczki and InPost. Foreign orders are sent by DPD.

How long do you usually wait for delivery of ordered products?

The delivery time is between 1-3 working days + delivery by courier. Abroad, no more than 5 working days - however, this depends on the carrier as well as the delivery stages of the parcel.

How long does it usually take for the return money to be credited to the customer's account?

Up to 14 working days from the time the claim or return statement reaches us. Importantly, we must also receive the advertised/returned products within this time.
