The information collected by Cookies facilitates the use of the Site by the User, allows the Site to remember the User's preferences and to adapt the Site to the User's needs, in particular the cookies allow the Site to recognise the User's terminal equipment and to display the Site accordingly. Cookies are also used to compile statistics on visits to the Site, which makes it possible to improve the quality of the Site by improving its structure and content, thereby adapting it to the needs of Users (without identifying them personally).

The Site generally uses the following types of Cookies:

The cookies used by the Site can be divided into the following categories:

1. Cookies necessary for the proper functioning of the Site
We inform you that certain cookies are necessary for the proper functioning of our Site. These are mainly technical cookies required by certain IT systems. Necessary cookies set automatically in response to actions taken by the User, e.g. filling in a contact form, logging in to an individual account, and their use does not require consent.

The processing of data related to Cookies, the use of which is necessary to enable the establishment of electronic communication or to provide certain functions of the Website, is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO. This is because the Vendor has a legitimate interest in processing this data in order to ensure the provision of services in a technically error-free manner.

2. Other Cookies, including Functional, Analytical and Marketing Cookies
Other Cookies, and therefore those that are not necessary for the proper functioning of the Site, constitute Analytical and Marketing Cookies.

Functional Cookies help us to remember the settings you have chosen for the Site, or help with other functions when you browse and use the Site. These cookies help us to remember your preferences and make the Portal work better for you when you visit again.

Functional cookies help us to remember your preferences and make the Portal work better for you when you visit again.

Analytical cookies help in particular to study statistics about traffic on the Site. In addition, they make it possible to obtain information on how the User uses the Site and which tabs of the Site are the most popular. Analytical Cookies are also used to detect various types of threats to the Site. Analytical Cookies allow us to adapt the Site to the User's preferences, to improve the user experience and to monitor the performance of the Site.

Marketing cookies, on the other hand, allow us to adapt the advertisements displayed on the Site according to the User's preferences on the basis of data in our possession concerning the User's behaviour on the Site.

The User's consent is required for the operation of analytical and marketing cookies. The processing of data related to Cookies, the use of which is not necessary for the functioning of the Site itself, but provides analytical and statistical data to the Seller, is therefore carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) RODO.

Can cookies be switched off?

As mentioned above, the necessary Cookies are necessary for the functioning of the Website and therefore the User may not disable them himself. However, if you do not wish such Cookies to be installed on your End-User Device, you can change your browser settings to block all Cookies, but the Site will then not function properly.

On the other hand, when it comes to Cookies that are not necessary for the functioning of our Site (including analytical and marketing Cookies), you can disable these Cookies. However, we would like to point out that if you disable Cookies, you may not be able to access some of the content of the Site, your use of the Site may be less effective, and your use of the services may also be impaired.

Please note

The User may limit or disable the use of Cookies by making appropriate changes to the settings of their Internet browser.
